For some odd reason, I’ve wanted to photograph a cemetery for a while now. There’s just something about all the different monuments, the history, and all the religious imagery that makes cemeteries interesting places to shoot. Tonight our camera club went to Little Lake Cemetery in downtown Peterborough, Ontario. It was a bit weird at first, as I was really trying not to step on any graves, but with so many it was quite difficult.
The sun was low in the sky and provided some great lighting. Below are a couple of my favourites from the evening.
