As mentioned in a previous post, I spent a solid hour in the backyard wandering around snapping some photos. Below are two that I’m somewhat happy with. This first one looked decent at first, but when I loaded it on the computer I noticed the grass in the foreground was out of focus. Still getting used to manual focusing I guess.
I dig this second shot simply because of the reflection in the water shows the underside of the flowers. I’m still doing all my post-processing on a laptop which has one of those screens that change in brightness depending on its angle. That’s why a lot of my shots seem quite dark. Excuses.
Good stuff man. We’ll talk about focus when we get together in June. I assume you’ll have your camera in hand at Rotary Park?
Absolutely!
