Yellow

As a photographer, it’s interesting to observe how a subject changes over the course of a year, a season, or a day. Different times of the year obviously offer different perspectives. Colours change through the seasons and even time of day can have a dramatic affect on a photo.

These were taken just last week when the sun was low in the sky and shining through the leaves making them very bright. I’ve been using my 50mm, f/1.8 lens (with no auto focus) lately, so that’s why the second photo is out of focus, but still gets the point across.
