This past Monday evening I headed down to Scotts Mills Lock 19 on the Trent-Severn Waterway in Peterborough. I’ve past it a million times but never actually stopped there so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was getting dark so I knew I’d be doing some longer exposures and also got to play around with some filters which I haven’t had out of the case in a long time. The place offered both fast moving, turbulent water and glass-like, still water to play around with. Below are 4 shots that I’m the most pleased with – #3 is a 4 shot panorama stitched together.
