It has become a yearly tradition to return to the falls at Cordova Lake in the fall. I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now and each time offers something new to photograph. It all depends on how much water is flowing over the dam, revealing or hiding the rocks underneath. This year, there must have been a lot of water because the dam gates were wide open, unleashing a fury of water. There was no way to cross it… this year. The rocks were icy making it difficult to get in close for any detail shots either. I brought along my Crown Graphic 4×5 camera and 6 sheets of Ilford Delta 100 film. Below are 5 of the 6 shots I took.
