Toronto Film Shooters Meetup – Spring 2018 – Unionville

Yesterday was the first Toronto Film Shooters meet-up of 2018 and it took place in Unionville. The sun was out, but the wind was fierce making it feel a lot colder than it should have been. Spent just over an hour walking around downtown Unionville with my Nikkormat FTn and Yashica MAT-124 both loaded with some Ilford Pan F Plus 50 black and white film. We ended up at the Unionville Arms for a bite to eat and drink and chatted photography for a bit. Below are some of the image I took from the day.

  1. Pan f is a lovely film but can be too contrasty for my taste – it looks great at 30 ISO on an overcast day…..in a tripod

Looks like another fun day – sounds just like any photowalkme I’ve ever been on!

    • I’ve never had results I’m happy with on Pan F. I thought it was my choice of camera or developer, but it’s good to hear other folks thinking it’s too contrasty as well.
