Beavermead Park and the Trent Severn Waterway

I almost forgot about this roll of film. It’s been close to two months since I took these photos. There’s something magical about looking at photos for the very first time long after you forgot they even existed. Too often we view and share images immediately after making an exposure. We see the images on screen in a similar respect to when we actually took the photo. By waiting a period of time before seeing the images, I think our brain processes them differently… almost from a third party point of view. We are more critical of our photos if we totally forget what they were in the first place.

Anyways, these photos were taken at Beavermead Park in Peterborough back in the first week of April. I forgot that I even had a camera with me at the time, so it’s fun to see some of the pictures I took.
