With my roll film supply running out and a dead battery in the digital camera, I was left with either doing first day of school pictures on my phone or my Crown Graphic 4×5 camera. I chose the latter. I loaded up my film holders with sheets of Bergger Pancro 400 which I got for my birthday and had yet to use. I used a piece of string tied to the camera to pre-focus as the kids wouldn’t stand still… plus, the school bus was coming so I had to work quickly. Developed these last night and am quite pleased with the results. I might prefer this film stock to HP5 in 4×5. Check out previous years First Day of School photos.
