Photography Slump

I haven’t posted anything in a while. I actually haven’t taken any photos since before Christmas, and haven’t shot any film in about 2 months. I somewhat attributed this to shorter winter days and not enough free time, but I’m also not feeling very motivated to take any photos lately. I’m also struggling to find a way out of this and get back to taking photos. As I mentioned in my previous post, I want to start focusing my photography (pun intended) on creating memorable photos and work on the story-telling aspect of photography. I guess I’m just having trouble getting started with that.

While working from home the other day, I thought I’d shoot a whole roll of Ilford HP5 400 (EI 1600) on the dog. I was using the Pentax 6×7 and my new (to me) 200mm f/4 lens.

Camera: Pentax 6×7
Lens: Pentax SMC 200mm f/4 (last photo was on 75mm lens)
Film: Ilford HP5 Plus 400 (EI 1600)
Developer: Blazinal (1+50) @ 19.4C for 25:11 minutes.
Scanner: Epson V850
Catalog ID: 2020-001
